The new marina will be completed in May and consists of an 80 meters long and 3 meters widebreakwater with 30 boat places on the inside. The boat places consists of walkable fingers and mooring fingers of 8 meters.

- We have had a good dialogue and close collaboration with the customer throughout the process, says Torgeir Iversen at Ørsta Marina Systems.

He says that the breakwater is Ørsta Futura™, a concrete pontoon with a built-in channel network that makes it easy to draw lines for water, waste water and electricity in hidden channels to each boat place. Ørsta Futura™ also has built-in reinforcements for subsequent installations of  wind breaks, mooring bollards,  hose rollers and lighting masts i.a.
